Session Prompts

The two prompts that bookend a GuideFlow work session. Run the first one when a session is running out of context, and the second one to start the next session cleanly.

1 · End of session — handoff

Run this when the session is nearly out of context. It writes the paperwork (PROGRESS, ROADMAP, CLAUDE, HANDOFF), checks prod and CI, commits the docs, and ships nothing.

Paste into the session that's running out of room.
